Shipping Charges:
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Website. CalCamp offers shipping within the United States, U.S. territories, and to APO/FPO. All purchases from this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs.
CalCamp adds no handling charges or added fees. We do not inflate shipping charges to create artificially low prices or increase profit.
Important Note: Our store may not calculate the shipping on large orders where the weight exceeds a certain amount. We will contact you regarding the shipping cost for your approval.
UPS Shipping Information:
We ship predominantly by UPS
We may have to adjust charges due to the box size (dimensional weight) of your order. Our store may not cannot calculate this at checkout - we will notify you if there are additional charges for your approval. Also, we reserve the right to pass on to the customer incorrectly submitted addresses or zip codes that must be corrected by UPS. Normally, this is a $5 charge. We will send you a copy of the charges made to us.
Remember: UPS does NOT ship to PO Boxes.
Returns and Repair Policy
First quality items
You may inspect and return unused “First Quality” merchandise any time within one year of purchase You don’t need a reason, if you don’t like it, you can send it back. We will refund the price of the Item, but not the cost of the freight. Call (951) 925-7323 or e-mail us at calcamp2000@yahoo.com for a return authorization number and a proper procedure to follow so that we will accept your package when it comes to us. Be sure to tell us if you want a Refund, Repair, or Exchange. Products sent back must be in the original new condition so please include all original labels and packaging and a copy of your Outdoor Outlet sales receipt.
Items that are used and that are found by our inspection to be defective will be repaired or replaced and sent back to you by ground transportation. Please ship return packages “prepaid” only. COD returns will be refused. You should ship packages insured to guard against loss in shipping. CALCAMP will not take responsibility for the package until it reaches us. |
